A graduate with high honors of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Jim Garrison brings over 30 years of experience to his role as Executive Chef at The Great Room.
Jim has worked throughout the United States, including Executive Chef positions in New York, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, and Miami. He was owner and chef at regional favorite, Big City American Bistro, in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Jim’s tenure as a chef in southern France bolstered his culinary skills and brought new flavors to his repertoire.
Jim's culinary style is unique and remarkably eclectic. He has a passion for creatively utilizing fresh, locally grown vegetables, meats, and poultry in his signature dishes. Filled with incredible flavor, his menus promise culinary integrity and palatable satisfaction.
